Want to dip your toe into the mud? Tough Mudder 5K gives you the chance to take on 13 of our best obstacles over 5 kilometres of mud. With no timing chips or podiums the only thing you need to worry about is having an epic experience with your team. If a day of fun in the mud sounds like your kinda thing, without the ice or electricity then this course is for you.
Tough Mudder City 5K & 10K
What do some of the biggest cities in the UK need? A world-class obstacle run of course, and that’s exactly what you get with Tough Mudder City. Featuring 5K and 10K courses at every location. On the 5K version expect 13 of our best obstacles, including much-loved favourites you’ve heard so much about and a few brand new surprises.
If you’re more than a park runner, the 10K is for you. The Tough Mudder City 10K isn’t just a longer distance, or more obstacles (you’ll take on 20), this course will put you face to face with the iconic Electroshock Therapy.
